DansTree features

Everything a school needs to stop improvising: who turns up to class, who has paid and who still has to enrol. No spreadsheets, and no chasing anyone over WhatsApp.

Attendance tracking

The teacher opens the app, sees today’s class with the enrolled students and marks who showed up with one tap. Excused absences, make-up classes with capacity limits, and trial classes that do not clutter the group. You get each student’s history, their attendance rate and the real occupancy of every group — the earliest sign that someone is about to drop out.

Payments and receipts

Generate the whole school’s monthly receipts in one click, each student on their own rate. Take cash, bank transfer, Bizum or card through Stripe, and let the system chase late payers for you: automatic switch to overdue, email reminders and outstanding balances at a glance. With an income ledger export for your accountant.

Online enrolment

You send a link over WhatsApp and the student enrols from their phone: personal details, ID and acceptance of your terms, recorded with date, time, IP address and a fingerprint of the exact text they agreed to. Guardian details are collected automatically for minors. All you do is review and approve from the inbox.

And also

  • Classes, schedules and rooms: groups with limited capacity, several rooms and assigned teachers.
  • Seasons: courses that start and end, with renewals and mid-term sign-ups.
  • Mobile app for teachers (iOS and Android) and a web dashboard for the office.
  • Reports on income, attendance and occupancy.

What you get depends on the plan you pick: the Free plan includes attendance and classes at no cost, and the Professional plan adds payments, online enrolment and reports.
