Online enrolment: the student signs up, you just approve
One link over WhatsApp and the enrolment does itself: details, ID, your terms accepted with a record that holds up, and everything queued in your review inbox.
How it works
- 1. You create the student in 10 seconds — a name and a phone or email is enough. DansTree generates their unique enrolment link.
- 2. You send them the link over WhatsApp or email, using a message template you can write in your school’s own voice.
- 3. The student fills everything in from their phone: personal details, address, a photo of their ID (and a selfie if you ask for one), consents and your terms. With autosave: if they stop halfway, they pick up where they left off.
- 4. You review and approve from the enrolment inbox: check the ID is readable and one click makes the student active.
Traceable consents, not lost paperwork
Every acceptance of your terms or image rights is recorded with the exact date and time, the device’s IP address and a fingerprint (hash) of the text they agreed to, exportable to PDF. If you ever need to show what a student accepted and when, you have it — which a paper form with an illegible signature does not give you.
Under-18s, handled
If the date of birth says the student is a minor, the form automatically asks for the guardian’s details (name, phone, relationship to the student). It is configurable: if your school does not need those details, switch the field off and it is not asked.
Nobody stalls halfway without you knowing
The enrolment inbox shows you the whole funnel: who has the link unopened, who is halfway through, who is waiting on your review. Automatic reminders resend the link to anyone who stalled, and expired links are regenerated with one click.

How does a student enrol online?
You create the student with a name and contact details, send them their link over WhatsApp or email, and they complete the rest from their phone: details, ID and acceptance of your terms. All you do is review and approve.
Does accepting online actually count?
Every acceptance is recorded with the date, time, IP address and a fingerprint (hash) of the exact text agreed to, exportable to PDF: informed consent with a full audit trail.
What about students under 18?
The form spots a minor from their date of birth and asks for the guardian’s details. It is configurable per school.
What if the student never finishes enrolling?
The inbox shows which step they stopped at, and the system sends automatic reminders with their link so they can pick up where they left off.
