The Free plan never expires and asks for no card. If you move up to Professional and it is not for you, cancel from your dashboard; and if you ever leave, we help you export your data. Your school is yours.
Frequently asked questions about the plans
Does DansTree lock me into a contract?
No. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard, with no penalty and no retention call. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, and we help you export your data if you leave.
What happens if I go over the 80 students on the Free plan?
Nothing is deleted: you simply cannot add new students until you move up to Professional, which includes unlimited students. Your data, classes and attendance records stay intact.
How much do I save by paying annually?
The equivalent of 2 months free: Professional goes from 49 to 41 €/mo and Business from 99 to 82 €/mo.
Can I manage more than one location?
Yes. The Business plan includes up to 3 locations with unlimited administrators, and you can add extra locations for 19 €/mo each.
Are there hidden costs or per-student fees?
We charge nothing per student and take no commission on what you collect. If you use card payments, Stripe applies its own standard gateway fee (that fee is Stripe’s, not ours).
