This page lists the official ways to reach the DansTree team. If you run a school or studio and want to know about pricing, features or payment integration, write to us at . So we can answer properly rather than generically, tell us the name of the school, the town or country, and roughly how many students or groups you have. That way we can point you at the right part of the product — enrolment, attendance, payments — straight away.
For schools already up and running, the main channel is the web app at app.dans-tree.com: students, families, groups and receipts all live there. If you do not have an account yet, you can start a trial from the same place. For iPhone and iPad there is an app on the App Store, and on Google Play for Android. Questions about billing, privacy or exercising your data rights can go to the same address; mention the reason (access or correction of your data, for example) so we can handle it properly.

Response times depend on what you are asking. Technical problems tied to an account get prioritised when you include screenshots or the steps to reproduce them. Commercial and billing questions are handled by email too — please do not send passwords or full bank details in the body of a message, and use the secure channels the team points you to when that matters.
