About DansTree
DansTree is management software built for dance, yoga and music schools, and for anyone running something similar.
Why DansTree exists
The project comes out of a real problem: schools lose hours every week to paper, spreadsheets and scattered messages when enrolment, payments and attendance could sit in one flow. Nobody running a school wants to learn an ERP. They want to know who came to class, who has paid and who still has to enrol — and then get back to teaching.
DansTree pulls those operations into one coherent web and mobile app, with clear business rules and a proper audit trail where the rules require it — consents and a record of what was accepted at enrolment, for instance.
What we actually do
- Attendance tracking from the teacher's phone, with excused absences, make-up classes and trial classes.
- Payments and receipts: bulk monthly generation, payment in cash, bank transfer, Bizum or card (Stripe), late-payment control and reports for your accountant.
- Online enrolment with traceable consents (date, time, IP address and a fingerprint of the text accepted) and guardian details for minors.
- Classes, schedules, rooms and seasons, with capacity-limited groups and mid-term sign-ups.
Every plan and limit is laid out on the pricing page: a Free plan at 0 € for up to 80 active students, Professional at 49 €/month and Business at 99 €/month. No lock-in, no per-student cost and no commission on what you collect.
How we work
We are not a general-purpose software agency: the product is shaped around schools with groups, seasons, families and recurring payments. That lets us prioritise the improvements that matter day to day — reminders, receipts, class registers — instead of isolated features that are hard to keep alive.
We are a young project and still improving fast: we listen to the schools using it and ship changes continuously. When a school writes to us with a real problem, it usually turns into a product improvement rather than an archived ticket.
Working in Spain, in English
DansTree is built for schools operating in Spain, so the parts that touch money and paperwork follow how things work here: euros, Bizum and bank transfer alongside cards, and an income ledger your accountant will recognise. If you run a school in Spain and would rather work in English, this is the same product with the interface and support in your language.
