Generate the whole month in one click
With “Generate monthly payments”, DansTree creates the month’s charges for every student with active classes in one go, each on their own rate: monthly fees, terms, groups on different prices or fixed per-student fees. No creating receipts one by one and no dragging a spreadsheet from one month to the next.
- Rates by profile: each class points at its rate; if a student attends 2 or 3 classes, the system works out what they owe.
- Flexible periods: monthly, termly or whatever cycle you use; multi-month payments are broken down by month so the dashboard adds up.
- One-off payments: trial classes, drop-ins and class packs also generate their charge when they should.
Take money the way your school already does
We do not force you to change method: record payments in cash, bank transfer or Bizum with one click, or turn on card payments through Stripe — the student gets an email with their link, pays, and the receipt marks itself as paid. The money goes straight to your Stripe account: DansTree never touches your billing and takes no commission on what you collect.
Late payments: let the system chase, not you

Paperwork in order
Every payment keeps its receipt with sequential numbering, and the accountant reports export the period’s income ledger as CSV: one line per real payment, with method and description. Month-end with no surprises.
